Modus Workspace recently completed the design and fit-out of new offices for fast-growing investment bank Liberum Capital, at City Point in the City of London.
Modern offices are complex facilities that have to achieve many things - be an aid for staff recruitment and retention; a solid platform for IT systems; support for productivity and workflow improvements and a means to impress clients. The design and delivery of such environments are challenging and specialist tasks that require close co-operation between the design and fit-out team and their sub-contractors and suppliers.
Quadrant worked closely with the Modus project team to ensure the carpets specified met these complex requirements. The product chosen, Reload, is a sophisticated, structured carpet tile made form 100% solution dyed nylon containing a minimum 25% recycled content. It not only looks great but offers outstanding performance over a long period of time. In total 350 square metres were installed throughout the reception, open plan offices and meeting rooms.
